From July 1, 2025, the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has introduced new dedicated mobile numbers for its major depots across Kerala and a few key locations outside the state. This initiative is aimed at making communication easier for passengers who wish to inquire about services, schedules, or other travel-related information. With this update, passengers can directly contact their nearest depot — whether it is in Thiruvananthapuram, Palakkad, Malappuram, Thrissur, Kasaragod, or even outside Kerala like Bengaluru, Mysuru, and Kanyakumari — through the newly allotted mobile numbers.
