Soochipara Waterfalls

Famous as Sentinel Rock and Soochipara Waterfalls, this is an unspoiled waterfall tourism destination where the magnificence of nature and adventure meets. Situated 13 kilometres from Meppadi, one need to travel via the curvy roads adorned by the extensive plantations on either side. The view of the mist covering the valleys, is truly a sight to behold. Once the zigzag road is completed, one reaches the summit- the gorgeous Soochipara Waterfalls. The spray spread in the air along with the humming of the jungle composes the music one need to rejuvenate from within. The big boulders add to the scenic beauty, forming a picturesque setting. Alternatively one can also choose to trek to reach this amazing waterfall destination.

One needs to purchase tickets from tourism office to visit waterfall. A nominal charge is to be made at the counter.
