4d 3n Wayanad

Day 1: 

Drive to Wayanad, which is approximately a 4-5 hour drive from Cochin. On the way, visit the Banasura Sagar Dam, the largest earthen dam in India. 

Check into hotel in Wayanad. Explore the Soochipara Waterfalls.

Day 2: 

Visit to Muthanga Wildlife Sanctuary for a chance to spot wildlife and enjoy a safari. Explore the Pookode Lake, a serene freshwater lake.

Visit the Lakkidi View Point for panoramic views of the Western Ghats. Now to the Chembra Peak, the highest peak in Wayanad, for a trekking adventure.

Day 3: 

Visit Meenmutty Waterfalls, one of the largest waterfalls in Wayanad. Explore the Edakkal Caves, known for its ancient cave art and picturesque surroundings.

Visit Soochipara Waterfalls if want to visit it again or head to the Kanthanpara Waterfalls. Then the Kuruva Island, in the middle of the Kabini River.

Day 4:

Explore the Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary for more wildlife encounters. Visit to the Pakshipathalam Bird Sanctuary, known for its biodiversity and birdwatching opportunities.

Enjoy a trek to the Thusharagiri Waterfalls, a group of waterfalls nestled in the Western Ghats.
