The site of Pallivasal had been contributing tremendously to the electric requirements of our states, as well as the tourism sector for multiple decades. Home to the first Hydro-Electric Project of Kerala, this site is much preferred by nature enthusiasts for a getaway from the busy life, for the place is absolutely tranquil in nature. Located not so far from the chilling Munnar, Pallivasal also retains some of the great characteristics of Munnar, like its scenic beauty and compelling ambiance. Pallivasal falls is a small but often crowded waterfall in this area. Catching the sight of water gushing down, while standing on the balcony bridge, is really breathtaking.
