When traveling to Munnar via Adimali, you’ll first reach Old Munnar, where the KSRTC bus stand is located. Continuing forward, you’ll enter Munnar town. Cross the bridge, turn right, and you’ll find the Jeep Taxi Stand, with the Munnar Post Office opposite it. The KFDC office, where you’ll need to purchase passes for Meesapulimala, is about 1.5 km from here.

Booking Your Trip
At the KFDC office, you can park your vehicle and buy passes for Meesapulimala. The entrance also leads through the Rose Garden, an added attraction.
The journey to the Meesapulimala Base Camp is 30 km. After traveling 25 km, you’ll stop at Silent Valley Viewpoint for about 30 minutes. Here, you can take photos and enjoy a cup of tea before continuing the final stretch to the base camp.
