Order Cancellation
• Here at Trip2kerala, each product is made on order putting a lot of time & efford hence cancellations are not possible once order is placed.
• Any Changes in the order is appreciated only within 24 hours from the time of order.
• Any item that may have any defects / damage will be replaced only if you send us an unboxing video of the product. You can send it by mail.
• We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene precautions.
• Any refunds due to other reasons may take upto 5-7 days to process the refund and credit the amount to customer bank account.
Booking Cancellation
• Cancelling your stay before 15 days of check-in date free cancellation / possible to postpone the date.
• Cancelling before 7 days of check-in date 50% of advance amount will be refunded / possible to postpone the date.
• In case you are cancelling the booking before 5 days of your check-in date, no refund / postponed the date is applicable on the booking.
• Any refunds due to other reasons may take upto 5-7 days to process the refund and credit the amount to customer bank account.
We do not accept forced returns and these are non refundable.
